Stephany Harlow, BSPPA (Health), has joined our team as Resident Care Manager. Stephany’s primary focus will be to ensure that all Residents receive customized and optimal care. Stephany will work directly with our caregivers, visiting care professionals, families and our volunteers to ensure that all Resident needs are met from the moment of admission.
Raised in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, Stephany obtained her Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) while in High School. While providing in-home care for a multitude of clients including hospice recipients, Stephany attended Western Oregon University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Public Policy and Administration with a concentration in Health.
Upon graduating Stephany moved to Southern California and obtained her RCFE (Residential Care Facility for the Elderly) Administrators Certificate. Most recently, Stephany worked as the Executive Director of a 26-bed memory care facility in Orange County. In each of Stephany’s managerial roles she has been responsible for maintaining open communication with all members in each Resident’s care team and family.
Stephany believes in a holistic approach to care, encompassing the physical, environmental, emotional, spiritual and social needs of the Resident and their support team.
She feels honored for this opportunity to work with Caring House and all those who collaborate to provide each Resident with the best experience possible.
