The Ouch! Appeal is done – Wow!

Last week we told about the pretty tree in the parkway in front of Caring House that was destroying our sewer line. We need to fix the sewer line, and do it now.

So, we launched the Ouch! Appeal to raise the needed funds.

In just eight days fast and generous Caring House supporters donated enough money so today we’ve ended the Ouch! Appeal.

We don’t want to ask for more than we need. With the donated dollars and the results of our negotiations with potential contractors, we’re comfortable that we can get the job done without eating up Caring House operating reserves.

Many thanks to all who donated in the Ouch! Appeal and made it a success. Caring House is truly a project by our community for our community.
