Event Details
Event Parking
Free parking is available in the hotel’s parking lot. If the hotel’s parking lot is full, overflow parking is available at the Redondo Beach Marina, across the street from the hotel (137 N Harbor Drive), for $2/per hour and $10 max.
Access to the Rooftop Terrace
The circular staircase to the Rooftop Terrace can be found in the parking lot facing Harbor Drive. Elevator access is available by entering the hotel lobby on the side of the building closest to Beryl Street.
Beach Party Vibe and Attire
Our beachside brunch celebration will be fun, relaxed and casual, so we’ve suggested beach party attire! That means anything from sundresses for women and Hawaiian shirts for men, to even more casual – bermuda shorts, tees and tanks. The atmosphere will also be fun, relaxed and casual, including a mix of table seating, lounge furniture and reception tables.
Cash Bar/Beverages
A cash bar with a variety of options – including mimosas – will be available. Plus, every guest will receive a coupon for one free drink at the bar. There will also be other complimentary beverage options, such as coffee, tea… and a few special surprises!
COVID Safety
We purposefully selected a location that was predominantly outdoors to ensure everyone’s comfort. Mask use is currently based on your own comfort level, and the venue does not require us to check vaccination cards at this time. That is subject to change prior to the event, and we will provide updates as needed.

We have set up pre-event registration to ensure an easier process during the event. More details will be provided when you purchase tickets!

Meet Team Caring House
Team Caring House will be competing in the Hermosa Beach Triathlon for the second year in a row earlier that morning. We hope you’ll join us to celebrate them at our own private beach party! Click here to learn more about the members of Team Caring House.

TEAM UPDATE: Unfortunately, Beka is unable to join the team at the triathlon this year due to injury. Zach Ruff, MFT, a counselor at the Beacon House Association of San Pedro and co-founder of the Surf For Keenan Foundation, will be running the last leg of the race in her place.

In-kind Donations
Making an in-kind donation is a great opportunity to promote your business and/or services, while celebrating our team’s efforts. Most importantly, you’re helping more residents and families benefit from our care, compassion and support at one of the most difficult times in their lives.
We are looking for South Bay and/or beach-themed items to go along with our beachside brunch celebration.
We hope you will consider donating products or services that will excite and motivate our guests to generously support Caring House through various fundraising activities, including a silent auction. This includes gift cards, which are gratefully welcomed.
