Office duties including correspondence, data entry, organization, filing, supplies ordering and inventory, reports, QuickBooks, document scanning and shredding, telephones, voicemail, faxing, email, etc.
This is a part-time position, to average 15 to 20 hours per week. Reports to Executive Director (or designee).
Experience: At least two years provable experience in an administrative / office setting.
Skills: Solid writing and organizational skills, able to work independently, able to work in a small-office environment. Fluent in MS Word, MS Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, QuickBooks and database programs.
