Glad to see the new tankless water heater installed. Set up with a recirculating system, it will be a much more efficient and reliable source of hot water to serve our residents. It replaces two old heaters. Out with the old, in with the new.

There’s nothing like the start of demolition work to let you know that a renovation project is truly under way. Earlier today a few volunteers gathered to have a “wall breaking” ceremony. Then the demolition professionals jumped in big time. They’re banging away as I write this, and you can see the early results below.
