Caring House Water and Power surge ahead

In the past couple of weeks we’ve had great progress on both the power and water fronts.

We how have our upgraded power panel installed, energized and operating. SCE came out on Sunday to do the energizing work, and electricians Bruce and Mike went right to work making the switchover.

Our electrical upgrades are dedicated in Memory of Jack Raney by Sue & Tobiah Scott and friends. Jack was a prominent electrician in the South Bay, and the family thought this was a great way to remember him and support the work of Caring House. Read about remaining Donor Naming Opportunities.

Then our plumbing fixtures started arriving and being installed. We have two bathrooms reserved for residents, a visitor powder room and a corridor sink for quick Caregiver hand-washing. Fixture installation is still in progress, but here are a few views. By the way, the water and sewer naming donor naming opportunity is still available — want to honor someone in the plumbing or fixture business?
