In this 2:27 video, you drop in from the sky to Caring House and our neighborhood. Once inside, you tour the house and rooms. Then you meet residents, staff and volunteers, and see our house become a home. You then soar away, before receiving a final energetic volunteer wave goodbye.

The end of life is each person’s last transition. At Caring House, we offer each dying person and their loved ones peace, comfort and support. And space and time for resolution and reconciliation. Last wishes may be fulfilled, stories may be written and memories shared and created.

We welcome men and women who are in the last weeks of their lives. We’re the first non-medical home in Los Angeles County totally focused on end-of-life care. There’s no place like Caring House.

An impact on our lives

An impact on our lives

Please again offer our thanks and gratitude to everyone at Caring House. We could not have thought to ask for such loving and compassionate care for my mother’s last days. You truly have made an impact on our lives.

Now I have a family

Now I have a family

I never had a family. But the best thing about my being sick is that I came here. Now I have a family.
